Please do not send your purchase back to us without acknowledgement of your return via email. 

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30 day return or exchange policy on unused items in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Commission pieces
  • Monogramed items
  • Sale items


To complete your return, please email us with your online order number, receipt or proof of purchase at hello@billiemariegoods.com
Please do not send your purchase back to us without acknowledgement of your return via email. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your return has been approved for refund. If you are unsure if the item is returnable, please send us an email photo or description of the item at hello@billiemariegoods.com.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you that can be used online or in store. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

Shipping on Returns or Exchanges
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your return.
