Follow the instructions below to get the ball rolling.

Please fill out the contact form below with the following information in the "Message" section to be added to the custom waitlist:

• Your item type - suggested inputs: wallet, bag, belt, journal cover, electronics case, misc
• Your budget range ( minimum $500) - suggested inputs: $500-700, $700-1000, $1000-2000, $2000+
• Time frame - please let me know if you need this project done by a specific date. Unless otherwise discussed, please note custom pieces take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to be completed.

Billie Marie Custom Piece Guidelines:

1. I take 4-6 custom items per year. Please fill out the form below to start the process or be added to the waitlist. I will open up spots for custom projects periodically throughout the year. If you are on the waitlist, you will be the first to know!
2. When custom spots open up, you can secure your spot by submitting your read and signed custom contract along with your deposit of $500. That $500 is the minimum price per custom item and includes a 30 minute zoom consultation and the first 5 hours of design/production time.
3. Following our zoom consultation, you will receive 2-3 custom designed pieces based on our conversation with quotes for each.
4. If the quoted price is over $500, you will be asked to submit a 50% deposit for the balance to start production. 
5. Custom pieces take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to produce after the deposit has been received. If I am experiencing heavy production delays, I will let you know in our zoom consultation.
6. Please gather photos or examples of the custom piece you would like to have made prior to your consultation.
7. The balance of the quoted price is due on completion of your piece.
8. As soon as the balance has been paid, your piece will ship to you within 2-3 business days!
9. All sales on commissioned pieces are final, however, I will do everything I can to make sure it is exactly the item you had in mind!
