Shipping
The real cost of shipping can be expensive. We wish there was some way to get around that but unfortunately, we are a small business and don’t qualify for the lower rates that larger companies use to offer you lower shipping rates. Please rest assured that we do not make money on shipping, we charge you what we pay to ship your order.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your item leave the Billie Marie workshop.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
You can select USPS or UPS for your order. Read below to understand the shipping terms for each service and allow 3 - 5 business days (Ready to Ship items) in addition to the shipping timelines below for your order to ship out from our store. If you need your order within a specific time frame, please email us and we will do our very best to accomodate you.
USPS
- Priority Mail Express - Overnight delivery 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with limited exceptions). Overnight delivery is available to most U.S. addresses and PO Boxes.
- Priority Mail - Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days. Delivery 7 days a week in most locations.
- Retail Ground - Delivery in 2-8 business days.
UPS
- Next Day Air Saver - Delivered by end of the next business day if ordered by 12 pm PST. Saturday Delivery is not available.
- 3 Day Select - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to the 48 contiguous states if ordered by 4 pm PST. Saturday Delivery and pickup available in select areas.
- Ground - Guaranteed day-definite delivery typically in one to five business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Saturday Delivery and pickup available in select areas.
If you would like to add insurance to your order, please let us know and we will send you a separate invoice for the insurance.
If you do not ask for insurance, we cannot be held liable for lost packages but will do our best to remedy the situation.

International
We use UPS to ship internationally, please read below for shipping terms. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional customs fees or tariffs imposed on your shipment at the border.
UPS -
- Worldwide Express - Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 140 countries and territories. Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day to Canada, the second business day to Europe and Latin America and the second or third business day to Asia.
- Worldwide Saver - Guaranteed delivery by end of business day to more than 220 countries and territories. Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day to Canada, the second business day to Europe and Latin America and within two to three business days to Asia.
- Standard to Canada - Guaranteed delivery to all Canadian provinces by end of day within two to seven business days. Rates include door-to-door delivery. Customs clearance is not included, you will be responsible for any additional fees or tariffs imposed at the border.
- Standard to Mexico - Guaranteed delivery to all of Mexico by end of day within four to eight business days. Rates include routine, in-house, customs clearance. You will be responsible for any additional fees or tariffs imposed at the border.
