A Note About the Cost of Shipping
The real cost of shipping can be expensive. We wish there was some way to get around that but unfortunately, what we charge are the standard rates from US Postal Service. We are a small business and don’t qualify for the lower rates that larger companies use to offer you lower shipping rates. We want you to rest assured that we aren’t making any money off of the shipping fees. We would rather show you the breakdown of shipping, packaging and product rather than inflating our product prices to cover shipping costs.

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship within the continental United States. You will receive an email when your item is ready to ship with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Due to the small nature of our business, Billie Marie is not able assume responsibility for packages lost in transit.
International Shipping Disclaimer
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by the destination country for importing consumer goods. As an international consumer, we encourage you to do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, you can speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the shipment cost if customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery and your order is returned.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since each item is made-to-order especially for you, all items are final sale and no cancellations are guaranteed after order confirmation. We will review change requests to existing orders up to 5 business days after order confirmation but we may not always be able to fulfill these request.
It is of the utmost importance to us that you are happy with your Billie Marie product so if you have any comments, questions or concerns, please send us an email or call us to discuss. We understand that it can be uncomfortable to buy an item that cannot be returned so feel free to email us if you’d like more information, pictures, or locations where you can view the product in person prior to completing your purchase!
REPAIRS & GUARANTEE
Buffalo & Co Two Year Guarantee
We take pride in the quality and durability of our goods and are proud to offer a two year guarantee on all Billie Marie products.
If the leather, stitching, or hardware of your Billie Marie product fails due to regular use within two years of purchase, we will happily repair or replace it. Just send us an email to get the process started!
Please note that the Billie Marie Guarantee does not cover repair or replacement due to out-of-the-ordinary use, accidents, or intentional modification by customer. Our leather goods will age gracefully over time and thus we do not guarantee that the items will remain "like new" for the duration of their lifetime, nor do we guarantee "like new" condition after repairs.
